Its official launch at the Centre du Plateau in March 2022 was supported by Caisse Desjardins du Plateau, the borough and the Member of Parliament for Mercier. <\/p><p>In its first year, LocoMotion brought together over 300 members and deployed 15 bike trailers throughout the borough.<\/p><p>Reflecting its growing impact, the citizen initiative received support in 2023 from the <a href=\"https:\/\/fondsclimatmontreal.com\/2023\/09\/26\/cloture-du-premier-appel-a-projets-visant-la-reduction-des-emissions-de-ges-sur-le-territoire-de-la-cmm\/?fbclid=IwZXh0bgNhZW0CMTAAAR2q6meNGS-4oyZCSQ-YUptA9fcCYnDJ_KtqEz5gIbRHGBQ_fDom3WgpW40_aem_AcjoDINIZ8SNT1_QjH7AbgY8tu1nySd-AUKzTftfecqTpNGVcGutFHt8JUY0IHlpSm9Ih49kBruNO2SJKwOPKYRO\">Fonds climat du Grand Montr\u00e9al.<\/a> Then, the people spoke: LocoMotion Plateau was one of three projects selected in the participatory budget.<\/p><p>Together, we&#8217;re moving toward a greener and
